I was raised on a farm and ranch in Northeastern Colorado outside of Merino, CO. I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Agriculture Education. I taught high school agriculture and was an FFA advisor in Holyoke Co at Holyoke High School from 1985 to 1989. I also coached high school basketball. After 4 years of teaching, I entered into the lending world and worked for Farm Credit of Southern Colorado as a Vice President and Branch Manager. In 2004, I was afforded the opportunity to go into business with Rick Gordon and his family with Gordon Insurance. In 2010, the Gordons and I formed the Gordon Real Estate Group along side the Gordon Insurance business, where I am the managing broker and owner.
